NPC の居る所は Qeynos hills。名前は Niclaus Ressinn です。
下の会話をするとLoreの羊皮紙を貰います。それをQeynosの誰かに渡すようなのですが。

I need to recover a Rib Bone from one of these undead beasts that wander these hills.
Be sure the Rib Bone comes from one of the Putrid Skeletons.
They are the spawn of Bertoxxulous.

She is wise beyond her years.
Although no one seems to know how old she really is.
The pool over which The Temple of Life hangs is named in her honor.

Tovaxに２タイプあり

・HillsのNamedRatと同じ所を歩くタイプ(POP場所も同じ)
・（X=4500付近、Y=-60 or -400）で止まる

の２つです。
Memoを落とすのは後者のタイプです。
Tovaxを殺さず後をつけていると、時々ノートを落とします。
これをRoesager Thustenに返却。
