「Shackle of Bronze」達成後でTimorous DeepのRinmarkが言う「student」に対して質問します。

まずはVeltarという人物を探せばいいみたいですが、VeltarというNPCは存在しません。ですが、Temple of DrogaのJailで囚われているIKS MNKを発見することができます。

まずJailRoomは２つのロックされた扉でふさがれており、またIKSのいる牢屋もまたロックされています。開くにはROGの助けを得るか、キーを使うことで開くことができます。

Room入り口の２重扉ですが、１枚目は「A Bone Necklace」で、２枚目は「A Bone Key」で開くことができます。これらはRoom入り口前の焚き火のあたりにSpawnするa goblin penmasterから入手することができます。
Spawnはランダムで、必ず出るとは限りません。また、Dropも２つのキーでランダムだと思います。

IKSの牢屋の鍵を開けるためには「A Bronze Key」が必要です。これは、牢屋の中にSpawnする（確認した時は右から２番目にSpawn）a goblin penkeeperから入手できます。 

JailRoomに入って右の牢屋にIKSが囚われています。
そこには何種類かのIKSがSpawnしますが、当たりは部屋の中正面に出るan iksar slaveです。同名のNPCが部屋右側にもSpawnしますが違います。（ひょっとしたら右側にもSpawnするのかもしれませんが…）
見分け方ですが、偽者は小さいIKSで当たりはノーマル（？）サイズです。

His shackles are different than the others you see in this cell.
One is definitely steel and not of goblin design.
The other is made of an unfamiliar metal.

iksar slaveは全ての希望を失ったかのように見えます。
彼は悲しげに地面を眺めています。
彼の手錠はこの牢獄にいる他の囚人とは異なっている様に見えます。
確かにスチールです、そしてゴブリンのデザインでは無いようだ。
その他は珍しい金属から作られています。

何やら特別な反応が出ます。

iksar slaveの汚れた顔は希望のきらめきで光ります。

「あなたは私の名前を知っているのか？誰から［送られた］のですか？」

どうやら彼がVeltarだったみたいです。質問に答えます。

>Master Rinmark sent me.

Then word has gotten to him!!
If you be a monk of the third rung I will accept your aid.
You must find the [coppernickel key].
It is required to release me from this goblin shackle.
I have no reward to offer other than the shackle of steel.
Give me both your shackles of the third rung along with the key and I shall reward you the first shackle of the fourth rung.

その時知らせが彼に到着しました!!

>Where is the coppernickel key?

The key is split into three parts.
Part one is the base and must be combined with the two remainder pieces.
One piece is in here and the other was lost.
I overheard the goblins chattering and recognized the goblin phrase, 'lair of flying mouths'!!
As for the base, I do not know. 


キーは３つの部分に分けられます。
第１部はベースで、そして残り２つと一緒にされなくてはなりません。
１つがここにはあります、そして他は何処かにあるはずです。
「飛ぶ口がいる場所」、私はゴブリンがペラペラしゃべっているのを耳にし、そしてゴブリンの言葉を理解しました!!
ベースについては、私は知りません。 

彼を解放するためには「coppernickel key」という鍵が必要みたいです。
キーはいくつかのパーツにわかれていて、２つのパーツをcombineすればいいみたいです。combineは、最初にRinmarkより渡された「Part of a Large Key」で行います。あとは残りの２つを探すのみです。

１つめのパーツはすぐ見つかります。同じDrogaのJailRoom内にSpawnするa gobin interrogatorがDropする「A Copper Key」です。Spawnですがオリの外れている部屋の中で確認しています。

もう一つですが「浮遊する口」というとあるmobが浮かび、またそれがいるダンジョンといえばもうDalnirしかありません。もう１つのパーツは「A Nickel Key」で、Dalnirの地下３階、Crusader Roomと呼ばれる部屋の中にSpawnするCoerced PenkeeperがDropします。Robe of the Fociを狙ってキャンプした人ならすぐわかると思います。見た目はゴブリンです。

２つのKeyをPart of a Large Keyに入れてcombineすると、「A Coppernickel Key」ができます。

・A Coppernickel Key
・Shackle of Copper
・Shackle of Bronze

をVeltarに渡します。

He places your shackles on his wrists and darts into the darkness.

iksar slaveがあなたに手錠を手渡して、あなたが渡したcopperの手錠をはめて、暗闇の中に消えました。
