We have heard reports that Antonious Bayle IV, the current ruler of Qeynos and the surrounding lands has ordered a search extending from every corner of his treasured and goodly nation for those known as The Bloodsabres.
The Bloodsabres, or these abase, plague worshiping creatures have called themselves, are deemed responsible for the blight upon the Karana fields.

The blight that was cast upon the Karana Plains some time past has reached every comer of 'civilized' globe, and only now does the most respected and revered lordship of Qeynos come forward from his immeasurable wealth and luxury.
His lordship has extended his royal wisdom toward his ever faithful and goodly subjects in the royal ordered of a city-wide search and interrogation of any whom are suspected, with just cause of course, of being a member of the Bloodsabre cult.

Perhaps this rule may be successful but most likely it shall fail as, after all, if the civilization was truly competent and strong the plague would not have befallen them and such an unruly cult would not be of any noteworthy threat.
