- Icy Things -
We Received another update from Thubr Axebringer. The Coldain, the icy dwarves appear to be miners like we are. Thubr reported that their city is like an icicle filled Kaladim. Caverns twist and turn with the sparkle of each icy crystal. Their city, Thurgadin, is filled with places of worship, shoppin', statues... and ale of course. Apparently, ders even a place for ancestors down der somewhere.
- The Plague in Qeynos -
Hillo Templen, bein' one of Kaladim's finest priests, was sent to Qeynos to assist the locals with the curin' of the nasty plague. When he took off for Qeynos, he was asked about what was ahead of him. Hillo replied, "I dinnae kno' what to be expectin' but I will do all I can help... hehe an' to show dem humans how ale can cure anything." Hillo sent us dis messege from Qeynos: Vegalys Keldrane, who be the magistrate for Qeynos, questioned some farmer named Jansen about his farmland. Apparently, his farm didn't get fouled like the other farms in the Karanas did. After questionin' the farmer, Vegalys found out dat he made a deal with the evil bloody guys of Bertoxxulous. Dey gave him an idol that protected his land in exchange for his blood oath of loyalty. Dey even gave him a tattoo on his head so he couldn't be changin' his mind. After the questionin', Vegalys said he would take care of the farmer. What he meant by dat, we dinnae rightly kno'.
- Firiona Vie -
Ders been rumors goin' 'round that the lovely brave elven beauty, Firiona Vie, wants to talk to the dragonfolk - the Ring of Scale. Apparently, the lass in tryin' to figur out how to be gettin' her staff back.
